Example Fees
Initial Consultation
After our initial phone call we will book a convenient time for me to visit your premises where we will discuss the options, from here the day will be spent developing these ideas and the feasibility for their completion. The findings of the visit will then be presented to you. At this point we can decide together whether or not to progress the idea further, we won't force you into anything, more so advise as to what's possible, so you can make an informed decision.
£200 per day
PM/Consultation Day Rate
This fee is for a continual project, whether it be the further development of an idea or the management of build works. This time is charged on a day rate basis, where programme length and complexity are considered, discussed and agreed during initial discussions.
£275 per day
Full Project Management
This is for the full project management of the construction phase of build works. Once a design has been agreed and all approvals met, T.R.E Build Ltd will manage your project through to completion no matter how big or small. We will deal with all materials/labour acquisition, H&S and contract matters throughout, keeping you informed through the entire process through progress meetings.
