At your school...
An outbuilding is an affordable way for a school to provide additional space to provide resources with the ever increasing demand for SEND provisional and the protection of staff health and well being. A 6m x 3m outbuilding could be the cost effective approch to solving this issue.
These buildings can be purpose built to provide support to the SEND needs of the school. Whether it be a sensory room or a calming room, this space can be invaluable to your current staff and environment. These buildings can be placed close to the school, but away from the main hustle and bustle enabling pupils to take full advantage of the claming/required enviroment. The inside of these buildingd can be designed to your vision and needs.
Another option would be for staff to utilise it for PPA time or used as a meeting hub. It enables them to isolate themselves from the main school and feel the full benefits of not being disturbed and maximising their preperation time in a calming wnviroment. Sensory Outbuilding
It is the internal fit out of the specialist SEND/PPA hubs that make the cost for these buildings slightly higher, With this you can add up to an additional £15000 on top of the outbuilding cost, again this internal fit out will be tailored to your needs.
